Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel is in trouble following disappointment from the club’s decision to sell Antonio Rudiger, Daily Express revealed.
The Blues’ director Marina Granovskaia is willing to sell Rudiger, who has emerged as a key and as one of Tuchel’s most trusted stars currently.
The German centre-back, Cesar Azpilicueta and Andreas Christensen have matured as the pillar of Chelsea’s defence.
The possibility of Azpilicueta and Christensen staying is high as they will soon commit to new deals, unlike Rudiger who has less certainty.
Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Juventus are stalking Rudiger as their interest for the German centre-back keeps growing.
If the 28-year-old does not sign a new deal by June 2022, he will leave the club as a free agent, a problem Tuchel do not want.
Meanwhile, there is an alleged feeling at Stamford Bridge that Rudiger is hesitant to extend his contract, and if there is no determination by January 1, Granovskaia will put Rudiger up for sale.
